During my three-week business trip, I appreciated the high standard of the studio rooms in the red building, which were spacious and sparkling clean. However, breakfast options could include more choices for vegans, as I found the limited selection lacking, especially when I requested dairy-free items that weren't always available. The spa was conveniently linked to the Radisson Blu, though it felt crowded at times, with a mix of guests that didn’t align with my expectations of a four-star hotel. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd consider returning in the future.

Rooms
10.0
The studio rooms were well-furnished and offered a modern, clean environment. I enjoyed the kitchenette, but the shower needed some minor adjustments.
Service
8.0
Housekeeping was excellent, ensuring the room remained tidy throughout my stay, but some staff responsiveness could be improved regarding breakfast requests.
Location
9.0
The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore Bucharest's attractions. The proximity to cafes and restaurants was also a plus.
Dining
7.0
While the breakfast buffet was generally good, it could use more variety for specific dietary needs. I found the overall quality pleasant, but limited options were disappointing.
Facilities
8.0
Access to the spa and fitness club was a bonus, although it got crowded and felt less exclusive than I had hoped.

My stay at the Park Inn By Radisson Bucharest Hotel & Residence was a mix of hits and misses. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city which made exploring so easy. Unfortunately, I faced significant issues with room cleanliness and customer service. but I did enjoy the spacious room I finally settled into after a room change. Overall, it’s a decent place if your expectations are managed.

Rooms

I initially received a room that did not match my booking and was not clean. After multiple changes, I ended up in a spacious and well-furnished room, which was nice.
Service
5.0
While many staff members were friendly, I encountered some rude behavior from the security during a very bizarre incident in the lobby. The check-in process could be improved too.
Location
10.0
The hotel is perfectly situated near restaurants and attractions, making it super convenient for getting around Bucharest. It’s one of the best locations.
Dining
7.0
I appreciated the pizza ordered with the reception’s help, and breakfast had a good variety. However, the dining prices felt a bit high given the experience.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities like the gym and pool were decent, but I did find it odd that some amenities required additional fees. Convenience could be improved.

My stay at the Park Inn By Radisson Bucharest was a mixed bag. While I loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of my studio apartment, and the breakfast options were fantastic, I encountered a few issues, especially with the reception staff and the accessibility for navigating the hotel with luggage. It was a decent place, but I felt there were areas that could definitely use some improvement.

Rooms
6.0
I had a spacious and clean studio apartment that was very well equipped, including a comfortable bed and essential kitchen amenities. However, I found the carpets a bit dated.
Service
6.0
While some staff were friendly and helpful, my experience at the restaurant wasn't great due to staff errors. Check-in was efficient, but I faced several issues with my card keys that required multiple trips to reception.
Location
10.0
The hotel is in an excellent location for accessing central attractions. It was within walking distance of the concert hall and Revolution Square, which made exploring the area quite convenient.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was quite good with diverse options, which I appreciated. However, my experience at the restaurant regarding pricing issues left me hesitant to dine there again.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities, including the connection to the Radisson Blu for additional amenities, were a plus. However, I struggled with navigating the hotel in terms of accessibility and the lack of help with luggage.

My stay at Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest was quite pleasant overall, thanks to its great location and friendly staff. However, I found the breakfast options a bit limited and the decor in my room somewhat dull. The quick check-in and the helpfulness of the team made a positive impact, but the corridors were somewhat confusing to navigate. 🌟

Rooms
6.0
I enjoyed a spacious room, but the color scheme was quite bland and could use some liveliness. The pillows were a little insubstantial for my liking.
Service
8.0
The staff were welcoming and attentive, especially in the restaurant, where they provided thoughtful service.
Location
9.0
The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Bucharest, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated that it felt isolated from the busy streets.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had a good variety but was not as extensive as I had hoped. The restaurant offered decent meals, but it could provide more diverse options.
Facilities
7.0
The fitness facilities were a highlight for me, with access to a well-equipped gym. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was not available during my stay.

My stay at Park Inn By Radisson Bucharest was quite the mixed bag. The spacious two-room apartment was a standout and perfect for my family, but the hard beds and poor pillow quality left much to be desired. While the breakfast was great, I was disappointed that some amenities, like pool access, came at an extra cost. The staff were friendly, but there were service lapses that detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms
8.0
The two-room apartment was large and well-decorated, perfect for families, but the small bathroom and hard beds let it down. Plus, I was annoyed that the balcony was inaccessible with no furniture to enjoy the view.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and eager to help, but I noticed some inconsistencies in service, especially when it came to clearing up around the pool area during busy times.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located, allowing easy access to attractions, though it felt a bit far from the old town if I ever wanted to explore.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight with a solid variety, but I wish there had been more dining options available, especially late at night when I arrived from a flight.
Facilities
7.0
I enjoyed the free indoor pool, and the gym was a nice touch, although the outdoor pool's early morning music was a bit annoying. More food options around the pool would have been great!
